  • Continue to provide personal, informative, and secure service to customers.

Goals for web site:

  • Provide the viewer with necessary information in an easily accessible and aesthetically pleasing way.
  • Become the most accessible website on search engines.
  • Contain contact information, pricing, education, and other resources that will aid the viewer in choosing ‘Four Paws’.

Goals for mobile:

  • Provide the viewer with a way to easily access the website on the go.
  • Decrease the reaction time from when you want to access the site, and when you are at a fully accessible and easy to navigate page to improve viewer loyalty.
  • Stand out against other bed bug detection websites that are not equipped with a mobile device.

Key Task for web site:

  • Create an easy to navigate site that catches the user’s attention for enough time to relay important information about ‘Four Paws’.
  • Provide just enough information so that the user is confident in ‘Four Paws’, but not so much that they are overwhelmed with information.
  • Provide enough resources to cater to all of the user’s needs.

  • ‘Younger’ audience who are more likely to have smart phone devices
    • New Home Owners
    • Students ages 18+
