Here are a few ideas for obtaining research from our market.
For interviewee, we can interview one of my roommates who just purchased a bed on craiglists and one of the fraternity brothers of AEPi who is currently living in the house. Both people will most likely be concerned about bed bugs and could be interested in this service.
Interview Questions:
1) How much would you pay for 98% accurate bed bugs test for your home?
2) Would you prefer a 30% accurate test for your home for free?
In addition to interviews we will survey the college market base spread through facebook.
Survey Questions
1) On a scale of 1-10 (with 1 being not concerned at all and 10 being very worried) how concerned are you about having a bed bug free home?
2) Do you know the pest control policy of your Realtor?
3) (If yes) Do you feel confident that your home is bed bug free?
4) Where have you heard someone having bed bugs before?
a) Residential Home
b) Apartment
c) Dorm room
d) Office
e) I haven't heard of anyone who has had bed bugs
5) If you found you had bed bugs in your home how much would you pay to exterminate?
a) 0-200
b) 200-400
c) 400-600
d) 600-800
